I work Seasonal for Target Distribution and have seen how Target ripoffs folks. There clothing is made in China and shipped to the US in containers within little brown boxes. Sometimes you will find notes written in Chinese from someone asking for help. Target pays them a nickel to make clothing and sells it online for $20.00. Most items are womens shirts, slacks, and childrens clothing.
Target's entire Distribution Center is full of "Dollar Store" junk and I dont know why anyone would buy from Target. Target takes avantage of there employees and makes them work 10 to 12 hours everyday.

Since you seem to have the ability to read and translate Chinese and you of course is telling the 100% truth why not take one of those pieces of paper you found and turn it into your local(or a national) news organization. I am sure that any story of this magnitude would have them jumping at being the one to break it. Where if you wanted I would bet you would get your 15 minutes of fame for breaking the story.
While you are at it you can also explain to them how you are "forced to work" 10-12 hours a day(I am sure while getting paid overtime). I would bet that the news media would love to see the whips or gunners posts that they employee to keep you working.
Of course if this is a case where you just don't like working there, then quit..There are probably no less than a few hundred people they could get to replace you within an hour or so.
