 Mrs.Mubarka came in to file her taxes and was looking for the largest refund, and also mentioned to me she just lost her job. She added her daughter to her taxes to receive the EIC & and child tax credit. Mubarka was very happy and pleased with the service she read all her documents and signed her paper work on her own and left with a copy of all her documents. After submmiting her taxes to the IRS they returned back stating her daughter was already claimed on someone else’s tax return.

When I called and informed her she obviously got upset her refund amount went down. At that point she came in forcing me to give back her documents but I needed them for my IRS records Incase of a audit. She did not understand that once it’s submitted to the irs there’s no canceling so she started threating me call me all types of names and decided to call the police. Police took our side by telling her she is not allowed on our property or allowed to contact the business. The police did make a copy of her file for her, and gave me their personal numbers to contact them if she comes back. I’ve been filing taxes for multiple years and have never had a issue with my clients. Of course as tax prepares we always get those clients who want it their way and want to get money in ways where it isn’t earned legally. Fortunately I do my duligence to make all my clients happy and free of issues. Thank you
