I purchased a pillow as a Christmas gift at the end of November. Still haven't received it. Contacted them multiple times and received the same generic email with a bogus tracking number.

When you call, its an automated response that disconnects you. The pillow was close to $70.00 and I can't get an answer other then the same tracking number stating it was shipped. When you try to track it, it's not valid.
