They have the best prices on the web until you order. They will call you and say you need to confirm your order, if you do not purchase the overprices extras, they will hang up on you.
When attempting to return an item, they had the nerve to want a 20% restocking fee after the "guaranteed" 30 day trial. Ron? the owner, who sounds alot like Sam, and Bob, and Jack, (probably the same guy) is very rude and puts you on hold frequently. He said he is at a call center in Beverly Hills but his store is in NY?
The organization is a bunch of crooks who are rude and swear at you on the phone. Read their poor reviews at bizrate.com. Ignore the positive reviews as they are probably planted.
