The DPS Group DPSMobi / Daniel Siemon Accepts payment, delivers excuses, not results. Internet, Pennsylvania

I hired the DPS Group to write an assembly language program. Dan from the DPS group asked for a detailed explanation as to what the program had to do, to come up with a price. After agreeing on a price and receiving payment, Dan stopped returning phone calls / emails. I still haven't received my program or my returned payment from him.
Dont think Paypal can save you. I paid him through Paypal thinking I could recover my money through them if something went wrong. Well, they dont cover any service paid for through them!
