Charlie Kartchner of The Hard Money lenders claims to be a direct lender on his website. It clearly states show us an exit "we will fund" I brought my loan in NY to Charlie he told me he would have me funded in a few weeks time. He then shopped my loan all over the internet and paired me with an unscrupulous lender who took my money and did not fund. I asked for a refund and was told by Charlie that "we don't work for free" Do not trust this shady character. He is not a lender and does no due diligence on who he places you with. He only cares about a kickback and then moves on.

The words "we don't work for free" never came out of MY mouth. You seem to be confusing me with the guy you decided to send your money to. As well as the current market value of your Pizza shop. It's in NJ, by the way - not NY. I work on a success fee ONLY. Which means if a client doesn't get funding, I receive ZERO, ZILTCH, NADA. I don't receive "kickbacks". We obviously handle business differently. I would never claim to be a direct lender. I am a licensed broker, been licensed for over 8 1/2 years with ZERO complaints against me. Get the idea??? If you misrepresent the value of your property and a market analysis shows the current value at literally 1/2 what you think it should be worth, is that my fault??? C'mon Mr Alili. Don't you think you're being a bit rediculous posting this silly report about me? I tried to help you. And received nothing in return but a headache. Please come to your senses.
