I retired from Hertz on February 13, 2018. I sent in all necessary forms on Feb 16. I worked for Hertz for over 30 years. As of today August 8, 2018, I still have not received my pay out. I have called many many times, Left messages and e-mailed many times. They never answer the phone, return messages or answer e-mails. It has been 6 months. I really do not know what to do any more. I am afraid the money is no longer there. Hertz has been having financial problems for some time. They have been poorly managed for awhile.

there are state, maybe federal agencies overseeing these plans. are you dealing direct with hertz, or the bank that i assume administers the plan? is it a traditional company pension, or a 401k? get with your regulators now.
