Due to our financial hardship, Christopher Persaud of Legal Modification 
Firm was to work with our mortgage company to reduce our mortgage's interest rate.  We have a contract with Legal Modification Firm that 
states after 180 days Mr. Persaud will refund our money if unable to lower our mortgage rate  We applied and gave Mr. Persau $2995.00 PLUS 
all our personal information in Nov. 2009.  Opportunity for him to commit ID theft as well as stealing our money.  All recent attempts to contact
 Mr. Persaud have FAILED!
