i was charged muliple fees for something that i did not purchase. additional charges was also found in my account. they ripped me off for something i never got.

Did you bring this mistake to their attention?

Did you allow them time to make things right?

Did you request the "something" that you were charged for so at least you could have the "something" that you paid for?

In your post, you do not indicate that you did ANYTHING at all to rectify this situation, or even to bring it to the company's attention. How can they fix a problem that they do not know exists?
