The Postal Money Order System Promised to issue $100 refund for marketing and then deleted all record of such and stopped responding to further emails from me. Florida

The directions on how to work this system are sketchy and difficult to follow. At a certain point customer service stated that they would be refunding my $100 that I payed through Paypal for marketing. I waited a few days and asked where my refund was and then they deleted all records of the conversation related to a refund and never responded to any further emails in regards to my refund. They kept the money and ignored me all together. I also just finished reporting them to the BBB.

Sam Servino with Postal Money Order System contacted me directly and stated that there had been misscommunication. He agreed to refund my $100 in Marketing fees, as well as giving me an additional $100 free marketing and 6 months paid website fees as well (approximately a $120 value). He went over and beyond what could be expected.
