After three heart attacks I was placed on long term disability by my company. Although my Doctors still do not release me to return to work, the Insurance Co. Drs. ( who have never examined me ) have advised the Insurance Co. adjusters to discontinue payments. I have been without pay since November of 1999, living from my savings. More details available when needed that will amaze you.
