I was on "Think and Lose" website to order their product. They advertised free for 30 days. If you love product then after the 30 days they will charge your account. Of course they wanted your debt/credit information up front. Then they ask if you'd like to pay now instead of waiting the 30 days. At this point I X out of website. Two days later the charge showed up on my account. I never received product but have paid 49.90. I have tried emailing them with no responce.

No problem with receiving product

My co-worker ordered the product and received it within 3 weeks. We have been listening to this with great success. As a matter of fact I am going to see if he has a stop smoking program.

I am sorry you have had so much trouble. Is it possible that you ended up with a "phishing site" instead of the real site.

Good luck and hope you get it all straightened out.
