He is a rotten piece of garbage. Thomas Joachim Hess, remember the name, making sure lawyers are seen as thieves and scammers since 1988. It took him 8 months of $500 a month payments and a $5000 downpayment to "fix a properties muddy status". He claimed to lose the paperwork 8 months later and said he had no idea what happened. I had to go with another attorney whom it took 2 weeks to recover the paperwork lost, but it was incompleted! So I had to pay this guy another thousand... LAWYERS LAWYERS LAWYERS.
