I ordered a pair of shoes off the internet from Star Clothing Store on December 15, 2014. I paid through paypal with my visa card for $78. The transaction cleared my bank on December 17, 2014. I have emailed him several times but have not received any response. As of today, December 30, 2014, I have not received the shoes.

I want to get my money back. These shoes were a Christmas present for my daughter.
