!!!Warning!!! We thought we were buying quality we paid 191,000 we moved in Aug 2007 and by Sept 2007 made Mike Dunn aware of problems we started having. He said he would take care of but instead repeatedly weve been ignored by both Mike Dunn and Dan Dunn.
Some of the problems we have are things like hard wood floor coming apart glue not adhering to cement makes loud popping sounds when walked on in over 40 areas of house,second we have cracks in our walls several.We also have cracks in our morter on brick fireplace from top of ceiling to floor and front entrance area. Tape and bedding loose ceiling entrance and ceiling second bedroom.
Our walkway is basically crumbling apart theres cracks,its pitted uneven looks terrible these are just some of our problems.Mike Dunn has been notified several times and still after 8 months now I still have same problems and more.Iam now in the process of working with "TRCC" where I have reported all of our problems .
Also "FYI" Timberridge Homes By Mike Dunn or Homes By Dan Dunn are in the process of building in Decordova Ranch in Granbury,Texas .Be very careful in choosing you builder and God Bless You.

My husband and I bought a Dan Dunn house in May of 2006 and have been more than pleased with the house and with the builder. He has done everything he promised. When buying a new home there are always things you don't notice until you live in the home. Dan Dunn sent carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters to do work during the first year. He even went beyond the requirements and sent his electricians to install a new ceiling fan that stopped working after we had lived here more than a year. He is a reputable builder and has been very honest with us. He has done everything he said he would do.
