In October I was contacted from Chris Murphy to sell my timeshare. I have paid 599$ but after few months the website is dissapeared and nobody answers anymore.
Is it possible to recover in any way my money?

Timeshares Quick Sale International How could I have back my money? FLORIDA

AUTHOR: Asterix - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 17, 2008

In September 2007 I decided to sell my timeshare in Courmayeur (Italy).
I have considered the possibility to sell it through Timeshares Quick Sale International.
The person that I contacted and who took my money was named C H R I S M U R P H Y from FLORIDA.
The fee I was charged was $599 and was supposed to cover the cost of advertising, legal fees, and fees to file documents when we sold the proper.
I paid the money via credit card.
In January 2008, when I hadn't heard anything since then I decided to call Chris back just to check in and see how things were. Then I realized that the phone numbers were disconnected, e-mail address no longer valid and the website is no longer available.
At that point, I immediately did an internet search on the company name and came across this Ripoff Report.
They did not keep to the agreement we had. My property still has not sold.
So I would be very greatful if I could get money back through you

Timeshares Quick Sale International - Florida - How to recover the money paid for the service promised but not done.

AUTHOR: Asterix - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 17, 2008

In September 2007 I decided to sell my timeshare and I decided to use Timeshares Quick Sale International.
The asking price for publishing our timeshare for sale on the internet was $699.00 but I paid 599.00. For that I was assured that I would get top billing on all the hot search engines and they would publish the ad for 6 moths. They assured me that my property would probably sell within 90 days because it was a good package in high demand on the market.
I paid the money via credit card and they showed me my ad, which looked professional. I was impressed. The person that I contacted and who took my money was named C H R I S M U R P H Y and gave a phone number of 1-800-529-8313 . He said I can call him any time and that he or somebody else would call me the minute there was an offer on my property. That was in September 2007.
In January, 2008 when I hadn't heard anything since then I decided to call Chris back just to check in and see how things were. Then I realized that the phone numbers were disconnected, e-mail address no longer valid and the website is no longer available. Basically, I was screwed out, my money is gone, and I still have the timeshare.
I hope to hear something soon in order to recover my money.

Timeshares Quick Sale International How could I have back my money? California

AUTHOR: Asterix - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 17, 2008

In September 2007 I decided to sell my timeshare in Courmayeur (Italy). I found several prospective sellers through the internet and after a lot of consideration and talking to representatives I decided to use Timeshares Quick Sale International.

My contact was Chris Murphy.

The asking price for publishing my timeshare for sale on the internet was $699.00 but I have paid $599.00 .

They assured me that my property would probably sell into Christmas time.

I paid the money via credit card.

In Jenuary 2008 when I hadn't heard anything since then I decided to call Chris back just to check in and see how things were. Then I realized that the phone numbers were disconnected, e-mail address no longer valid and the website is no longer available. Basically, I was screwed out, my money is gone, and I still have the timeshare.

At this point, I hope only that there is a way to recover my money, so whoever could help me, I will thank him/her in advance.
