timewarner is a no good ripoff they take your money and don't care if you get the right service or not, it as been 1 1/2 months that my service doesn't work right and they always charge me and the phone service you need a speacil phone to get the service I am paying for service i don't. Has as a single mother I feel timewarner should take care of their custmoer and give them the service they pay for.
