Two people were selling sickly toy /mixed puppies out of a van , in Lufkin Texas, on Feb.11, 2011 and the weekend before. Today, the weather was very cold and windy, the puppies had no shelter and were very cold and wet. The boy said he was selling them for a breeder and gave me her card, Tisha's Toys...Designer Pups. I asked if it was a puppy mill and he said no, that she was a breeder out of Zavalla Texas. This animal abuse, and a puppy mill.
