I was received a letter from Title Compliance Board-Records Retrieval Division. They obtained my address and said that I was to make a certificate of my deed and must pay $139 to do so. There is no official address and others have stated it is a scam also. Lastly, it lists, "This product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any government agency, and this offer is not being made by and agency of the government."
