About 1st week of June ordered product Ring stop on trial basis. Charged 9.95 Shipping which I agreed to. Had thirty days to try.

Did not like product. Tried to call customer service for advice on sending back. Phone was disconnected. Aug 1, 2003 charged my credit card 229.95. I returned unused portion and asked for a refund. No answer to my letter. Today (Sep 28K) received another shipment and charged my card for $29.95. How do I get them to stop sending product which I do not want and get a refund?
