Purchased a laptop from this jerk from Ebay. He can't have a paypal account so we sent funds Western Union, as we are honest Ebayers. His contact has been extremely lax - he has not shipped the laptop. Nor will he return the money. This guy is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this jackxxx

Send money Western Union. You have absolutely no protection and there is a good chance you just got scammed..
Pull his contact info and go after him. File a police complaint (though it may not do you any good). There is a good possibility he does not live where he says he does. Ebay will not help you with this.
