A little over a month ago, I ordered two sweaters from TokyoLux and Audrey Kitching. I initially received an email from the company saying that they received my order and it would be delivered in 3 weeks. After 4 weeks without my order arriving, I emailed Audrey Kitching Couture with my concerns and then called the number listed on the website multiple times. No reply from both my email and phone calls.
