Tom Sims repeatedly called me a "f** b**." I asked him not to call and he said that I "do not have jurisdiction" over my phone number. He also told me he would call me early every morning and wake me up. I am looking for his home phone number if anyone has it.

Fighting fire with fire is not advisable. Calling a debt collector at home and harrasing them could be a very bad mistake. If they were to record your harrasment you could have charges against you. Prank phone calls and harrasment over the phone is a crime. If the debt collector is breaking the law then sue them.

There isn't a Tom Sims that works for this company however, many of these guys use their real first names and either don't give their last names or make one up.
