Ordered Marlboro cigarettes on-line from Top-Cigarettes.con on 07/28/2008 an got a confirmation back on 08/04/2008 with an order # of1581. the funds ($116.85) were withdrawn from my bank for this transaction by them..I have sent them 3 emails and have not recieved a letter or answer back. This is three months ago and no product or letter or refund. I believe its a sham company
