Top Priority Moving And Storage scam of a company brooklyn New York
*Consumer Suggestion: Contractual/Service level agreement
WHEN I WAS PROSPECTED BY THIS COMPANY I ASKED THEM PRIOR TO SECURING THEM HOW LONG IT WOULD BE BEFORE I WOULD GET MY STUFF. TAMMY TOLD ME 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. 2 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY STUFF. I CALL THE COMPANY TO GET AN ETA AND THEY KEEP PUSHING THE DATE BACK. ALSO THEY TELL ME THEY WILL CALL THE DRIVER AND CALL ME BACK. THIS NEVER HAPPENS... THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO GET BUSINESS AND WILL MOT DELIVER YOUR STUFF. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Contractual/Service level agreement

Hello tfay412 and welcome to Ripoff Report.
Firstly, please post rebuttals and reports in the proper format. DO NOT use all capital letters, it makes it hard to read, DO NOT write your report all in one paragraph. Use 2 or 3 sentences to each paragraph and leave a space between each paragraph.
Now to your issue,
When you sign up with a moving company (doesn't matter if your going accross the street or accross the nation) you need to review their contract and service level agreement (if they have one). Make sure it protects you in reguards to damaged/lost items, delivery times, insurance, etc.
If you just grab a random moving company that doesnt have a contract, your putting your stuff on their truck and off into the sunset they go!
