AFTER trying to pay 4 times with my btc thru their 3rd party btc servicer, it took my btc out of my wallet and the SCREEN SAID PAID. I never received a confirm email or anything.
This was to be delivered overnight. I paid for this and I got nothing. They just sent emails that the coinpayments.net needed more fees, iwhich was BS because I added much more to the btc than the price. Coinpayments.net say torguard has my coins.

This person lacks a fundamental understanding of how bitcoin transactions work.
The fees that delayed this user’s payment have nothing to do with TorGuard or Coinpayments, they are Bitcoin network TX fees. Since this person didn't include enough it took 4+ hours for the payments to confirm. This is just the fundamental nature of how Bitcoin works; nothing TorGuard or Coinpayments has any control over.
So, instead of dialing up to 10 from the get go and blaming everyone else for bitcoin payment issues and calling them criminals, how about you calm yourself down and realize that the problem was caused by YOU in the first place by not understanding how Bitcoin works and not including an appropriate TX fee.

I NEEDED A ROUTER OVERNIGHTED.....DAYS LATER, AFTER SPENDING 72 HOURS AWAKE EMAILING TORGUARD.NET AND COINPAYMENT.NET AS WELL AS ALL THE FRAUD REPORTS, i FINALLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL REFUND AND THEN AFTER ANOTHER 20 EMAILS TO GET MY MONEY.
ANY OTHER MERCHANT DEALING WITH BTC DOES NOT DO THIS EVER.
YOU SIMPLY SEND THE BTC AND WHEN IT HITS THEIR WALLET THEY PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
WITH COINPAYMENTS.NET YOU MUST ADD AN OUTRAGIOUS TIP TO THE BTC MINER/PROCESSOR SO
THEY SEND YOUR BTC IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES, OR YOU LOSE YOUR BTC FOREVER AND I SAY THIS SERIOUSLY
BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL EVER STAY UP 72 HOURS LIKE I DID, TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK...NO ONE
So, this being said Torguard did absolutely nothing but leave me hanging by passing the buck and saying "Contact Coinpayment.net, because we have nothing to do with it"
Umm sorry but YEA YOU DO, since you are the Merchant who is using this pay method, you are responsible as well.
If you USE THIS MERCHANT only USE PAYPAL and make sure you choose "CRedit card or Debit Card" for payment selection.
This merchant is irresponsible at best so you need to protect yourself from them.
THEY ARE USING A FAKE PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE TO ORDER BUT YOU NEVER REACH ANYONE..JUST AN ANSWERING MACHINE.

What Really happened to coinpayments user

TorGuard Management here.
We worked with this user extensively to locate the payment. Unfortunately, this person did not include enough fee for any of the bitcoin payment attempts that were made. This caused the coinpayments.net page to timout/cancel when the transaction did not confirm. TorGuard did NOT receive this user's bitcoin.
Coinpayments.net advised us that the user has been sent a refund claim message to their email address. This user can get all of the spent bitcoin back by checking their email and claiming the refund. We have explained this to the user multiple times.
Moral of this story: When shopping with bitcoin, make sure to include a transaction fee so the payment will confirm quickly.
