Tower Processing Center ripoff, dishonest fraudulent Lotto scam St. Thomas Virgin Islands

On April 10, 2007 I received a letter and a offical-looking check from the Tower Processing Center. They told me that I won a lump sum payment of $50,000, and after paying the tax and administrative fees, this lump sum would be mine. Also, they sent me a check for $2,962 to cover my tax and administrative expenses. For me to claim my money, I am to call Bryan Anderson, my accredited agent of United Kingdom Random Lotto at the number (902)412-9396. I called the number, but an automated answering machine said that the answering machine was full and couldn't accept any calls. The check looks like it has been copied and not an original check.
