I want to warn people about the new tower.com. It used to be Tower Records this is NO LONGER THE SAME COMPANY. I ordered 2 CD's from the new company they were shipped supposedly shipped on May 25, 2007. I called the company repeatedly to get them to send me a new CD or cancel my order. THEY WOULD NOT!!! They kept saying that they had 21 business days to declare it lost. However thier WRITTEN ONLINE policy states 21 days there is no mention of business days. THIS COMPANY is no longer TOWER RECORDS it owed by a company called Caiman INC. Which has been sited before for not shipping product and giving no refunds. I have filed a report with the FTC Please if you have problems with these idiots just stop ordering from them and drive them out of buisness. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY ANY LONGER.
