#1 UPDATE Employee
Nintendo Wii system is back-ordered. User instead received cash equivlanet.
AUTHOR: Trainn - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, August 21, 2008
Due to the limited supply of the Nintendo Wii system nationwide, the system is also back-ordered on our site.
As the system is back-ordered, users are provided with the choice of waiting for us to reach their order and ship the system to them or by taking an immediate cash payment for the retail cost of the Nintendo Wii system or bundle.
The user received a number of replies stating such, however, as they were using an @Aol.com email address, it appears several of their emails were being sorted to the Bulk folder rather then their inbox which they did not see and presumed the emails were not being answered.
When contacting us via the website, we do have an alert that states that we do recommend adding our email address (contact AT trainn.org) to your safe / approved senders to ensure that all emails from us are received in your inbox as opposed to your Bulk / Spam / Junk folder where they may go unread or unnoticed.
Rather then waiting for additional supply, the user requested received the cash equivalent for the Nintendo Wii which they received on July 26th.
