Traque I also had a horrible experience with Traque. They took $500. for pictures then never gave them to me. They used Scott Sprague Photography in Detroit. He too will not answer phone, text, or email. Scam.. stray away from them haslett, Michigan

I signed with them in the summer of 2011. I gave Traque $100.00 (meghan york) to book with, then paid $400.00 to Scott Sprague Photography in Detroit. It has not been almost 120 days and no pictures yet. Neither will call me back. I was told to send a prepaid envelope to the agency and they would mail to me. I waited and waited...nothing. When I asked York where they were she said she had mailed them. I waited again...still nothing. Then after about 20 text and email sent yet another prepaid envelope. I asked her where they were again. No response. Sent more text, she replied that it's been too long and that she would mail them. I said it was odd that two prepaids didn't get to their office. I had got the address from the body of her email, when I said here is the address I used, she replied, oh we moved. REALLY after all this is she that stupid that the address would not have crossed her mind after 90 days of this crap. I recently called their office and now I question if they are even in business anymore. SUCKS because I don't have another $500.00 dollars to give anyone for pictures. It took a long time to save that money.
