Treadquarters poor brake service portsmouth, Virginia

In June, 2012, I took my car to Treadquarters to have rear brakes replaced. I heard noise within a few days, but I thought that the news brakes had to wear in.

The noise became worse, so I took my car to a repair shop to have them checked, and found that my drums were bad.  If my drums were bad, Treadquarters should have told me before installing new brakes.  I am now out of $200.00. and Treadquarters tells me that I should have brought the car back, so what, they would have charged for the drums when they should have told me .
