 I paid $300 on May 30, 2014 to Michael Glodek, IL #450.010576, a representative for Tri-County Securement Company to inspect the condo that I was considering buying. Mr. Glodek failed to notate the damaged fire rated door on his report. I had to replaced the door on May 5, 2016 for $2,194 to Preferred Window And Door. Tri-County Securement refused to pay for the door and refused to refund my $300 I paid for the inspection.
