Purchased a Manufactored Home which was delivered damaged. Triad was to hold loan until problems were resolved and instead put loan through without our acceptance of the damaged home. So, we get stuck with a loan on a home that has now been a year in repairs. Triad was aware of the damages due to the immediate call to them on delivery, they basically forced us into a position of losing all our down payment and having to live in a damaged home for over a year and began payments immediately. I would be open to any and all class action suits. I have documents and pictures to back all my issues.
