I got my card after paying the 20 dollar fee which I had to go through western union to send, got my card activated it and spent the 50 dollars made payments to equal the 50 dollar credit, got rid of card, 3 years later on monday the constables came to my door saying tribute mastercard is suing me in court for 1500 dollars, tribute mastercard is now out of business, I can see why, now I have to go to court which I printed out the rip off reports to show the magistrate, if there is a class action suit against these people, count me in.

Tribute Mastercard court hearing

I went to court on the day of my hearing, after waiting almost an hour, the magistrate came out and told me the case was being continued, So, I went back the next month, waited almost an hour again, no one from Tribute mastercard or the collection agency showed up, the case was dismissed and I owe nothing.I hope this helps you.
