These companies are part of a Nigerian scam. They work under various names and solicit your business and money up front. They continuously change names and are being run by Samue Chijioke Asinugo who uses various aliases to include Michael C. Igwemere and Collins Petaway. Use extreme caution when dealing with any of these businesses. They aren't even licensed to do any business in the city or state.
