This report was done by someone that abused my children and lied to the family court in California to gain sole custody and alienate me from my children. This man is so delusional  that NY family court made him come all the way to NY in 2007 to appear in court in person for stalking and harassment towards me and my family, which resulted in him having a restraining on him even though he lives 2500 miles from us.  He was  warned to leave me alone by the court. He continued his crazy nonsense until both family courts saw his lies and abuse from parental alienation then refused not look at his side of the case anymore.

Unfortunately by the time I was able to prove all of this children were near adulthood. In 2016 New York family court saw all the documents and found that he has committed child alienation since 2004 ,which is child abuse. The courts also saw he had committed perjury mutable times, that I never pursued legal action because I didn't want bring more drama into my daughters life.. Joseph Patrick McCall of Tulare California is nothing but a crazy liar and will do and say anything to get his way. Even break the law and hurt his only child forever. This report was just an example of his delusion and was used against him in court!!!. There are many legal documents to support my rebuttal to his false post and now that there is an option for this I thought I would add the true story.
