When I was searching for the telephone number for this crappy product I came upon your website and was completely shocked.

I knew I wasn't crazy! When I opened the box, the juicer was assembled. Plus I couldn't remove the blade or the filter with the little orange thing.

The instructions where general and I knew I was reading them correctly, but the d**n filter nor blade would come apart.

Then when I looked on the warranty card there is a $19.99 charge to send this back. I'm not paying a cent.

This piece of crap is going back tomorrow and I will go to Walmart and get me a juicer.
