Charges of $59.95 have appeared on my Visa for two months now, and I have gotten no response to emails sent inquiring about this. My Visa is a prepaid card, and I cannot dispute the charges. I'm not getting much satisfaction from phone calls to Triunity, either. They show products have been shipped to me, thus the charges, and that isn't so.
