Loan officer Guillermo Munoz over a 6-week period kept needing money from me to fund this loan including points. When loan was not funded he refused to refund any funds, including points, or give me a copy of work that had been done, an invoice, or a copy of the appraisal. He just cut off said he would not refund any money and cut off all communization. A claim has been filed with the California Department of Business oversight.

I was suppose to to have a loan already qualified to close for a property in the east coast, but Guillermo Never followed through. He asked me to send funds to one account inicially, the after when he asked for more funds, to two other accounts. Becasue of no-one ever shoing up representing Trusted Loan Corps, i lost the deal with a net of over $300k, and I am under for over $13k.
After I filed a clain to recall my WIre transfer with my bank, suddendly got calls from everyone.
Trusted Loan Corps is not even registered as a legal business.
THEY ARE ALSO INVOLVED WITH BENEFUND.
DO NOT TRUST GUILLERMO, BENEFUND, OR TRUSTED LOAN CORPS
