I am another person victimized by TRX. I just spent 196 minutes on the phone and after they looked at the rejects from the IRS, it is development issues with their software. They have 5-6 state available and don't know when the rest will be ready.

This is not the first time I have had to call and the excuses are the same. I have been with this company for six years and will NEVER order from them again.

Please for your own well being consider carefully before you purchase or be prepared to spend hours on the phone with no results.
