Ordered and paid for (3) belt drives to repair my stereo turntables. Credit card charged immediately. Merchandise never sent. Subsequent emails go unanswered. Did research regarding company turntable basics and found dozenz of similair complaints. Merchandise ordered and paid for, but never delivered. The phone number I tracked down for this company is out of order. Total Scam.

Turntable Basics has served more than 50,000 customers in the last 12+ years. I stock more than 300 products and from time to time, some items are backordered. In the past, when orders are backed up and production, packaging and shipping all need to completed, email has been allowed to fall by the wayside. This is a one person operation, and there usually are not enough hours in the day to remain caught up on daily and long-term business tasks, particularly during times when the house or the car have required extensive repairs. I would like to convey my most sincere apologies for this lapse in judgment. Customer communications has been moved to the top of each day's priority list.
