TV. Box Set SXR. CA As I have already read in other reports this is a scam when you try to order any DVD box sets ! On-Line Only Internet

I ordered the DVD set of Get Smart. I was thanked for my order and I received my tracking number very quickly. This was on July 1 and was told not to expect my delivery until July 18-21. Adding 3 or 4 days for international orders because I'm in Canada I am still waiting for delivery and it is August 1 today!!
Canada Post has told me they have had complaints of this company and then I read a couple of reports on this web-site which is similar to mine. I sent a e-mail last nite. I haven't seen a reply yet but have decided to dispute the amount on my Visa Bill before it gets too late to do anything about it.
I am very disappointed about the whole process!!
