TVSeriesTime.com Defective, Terrible Service, Hard to Contact, No phone, Lying, Dishonest CHINA, Internet

Ordered a box set of DVD's of a popular TV series fro TVSeriesTime.com. The DVD's will not work in any DVD player. The seller can only be contacted by e-mail. They say they are sorry but do nothing to correct the problem. They claim I have not kept in contact with them or provided necessary information. I have e-mailed them many times, answered all their questions and provided all information needed to replace the product or provide a refund. They are dishonest, provide defective merchandise and have terrible service. I am very sorry I did not check out their reputation before ordering from them. They should not be allowed to conduct business on the Internet.
