They refuse to provide warranty service and will not return my warranty money $549. I have called and emailed repeatedly. Everytime I reach them, they say someone will call me back, but they never do. I purchased an in-home repair warranty and I am well within my warranty period. Having done internet researtch now, I find they have done this same thing to many, many others. This company is despicable and a ripoff.
