I got a bill on my phone bill. It stated email fee 9.95. I never heard of txnet before but it sure make me mad that they can put this on my phone bill. Mad at them and BellSouth.

You should contact the FCC if you have questions about that practice. BellSouth is not allowed by law to not accept 3rd Party Miscellaneous charges unless you call to request a block against those charges.
