Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
do not take your computer there. i took it in 2 months ago for repair on a 3-5 day job. it sat on the shelf for 3 weeks as they forgot they had it....they fixed the computer then restored that data. problem is that it was somebody else's data.
so then they said it was a priority job. a week later they had not even started. 2 weeks later i called back
and they had overwritten the data and could not restore it they offered a full refund.
i get my computer back and the 500gb hard drive is now 100gb hard drive. looks like they gave me the wrong hard drive. stay away from these morons.

TYBER PC has since terminated the employee responsible for not following protocol in many areas. They have offered to replace my 500gb drive with a NEW 1tb drive in order to resolve the issue caused by the terminated employee. They offered to personally deliver the computer to my residence, and i have been given a full refund...
