I bought a Car from Ugly Duckling not quite a year ago. The car I bought is a 1995 Mazda Protege. I was told that I would be paying a little over 8,000 for the car. But when I had time to sit down and so the math it ended up being 15,000 dollars. I can buy a brand new Protege for that.

The car wasn't even in perfect condition it had been in two accidents. I took it to a mechanic to get the oil canged and I was told that who ever owned my car previously did not keep on top of regular maintanance. I had a cracked boot. I needed to flush my radiator and my transmission.

All things that should have been looked at by the dealer before selling a car.
