On 1/28/08 ULC Web Design/ ULC Solutions charged $11.89 to my Visa Credit Card for a service which I did not request or receive without my authorization. My credit card company has been notified about this disputed charge. Seems this company has done this quite often to others. This charge was posted to my credit card several days after I was in Las Vegas and used this credit card while there. Was unable to contact this company.
