I ordered a trial offer for 4.87 and got my bank statement October 8 and it showed I was billed sept. 22 for 44.90 and again on sept. 26 for 24.00. I tried to resolve this by contacting the co. with no results. I think a co. like this ought to be held liable. If anybody can help me it would be greatly appreiated.Thank you Geneva [gen_len_]

I had got scammed by this co. last year.My bank got my money back.I am now getting calls from this co, everyday now saying I owe them 243.00.When this occurred last year I paid 4.95 and I called and cancelled within two weeks.I got another shippment the next month and mailed it back.I got my bank statement and had been charged 24.99 and 44.99 in addition to the 4.95.And even though I only received two shipments they are trying to charge me for every month since augustof last year up until now. Do what I am doing I talked with my lawyer and he is taking care of it.dont deal with theese people.
As my lawyer stated it is fraud.He said everyone who was scammed needs to get together and file suit.Also keep proof of the date and time of everytime they try to contact you.All you have to do is keep it on your caller id.Do not let these people get away with this if you want to call them people I choose to call them something else but I will be nice. Thank you
