A website with 23 subwebs messed up for almost a week and counting. Very incompetent people trying to resolve the issue.

Used them for a few years with no day to day problems, but from time to time they mess up big, and do not seem to have the skills, desire or personnel to solve a problem.

Looks like it is going downhill.

Cannot use them for serious business.

We have had domains hosted by this company since 2003.

While we had two pretty nerve racking incidents in this period, the rest of the time, service and support have been very robust. We just want to make sure we are fair and present all sides of the issue.
